Want 3 acres for a $100 bucks?
Nah, I’ll pass. Even though the property taxes are nil, there’s no environmental or other negative aspects to the land, I’ll pass.
What the hell am I going to do with 3 acres of land that has beautiful views, good road frontage and is a good level building lot that’s not in the middle of no where.

Although someone may actually want to buy the parcel for a few grand, build later, or pass it on to their kids, what the heck, I’ll pass. I’ll go blow a $100 bucks today on some useless gadget or get a $5 double-espresso half cap at star bucks for the next month instead…..

….Hold on partner, what the %$&* are you thinking? You’ve pissed away a hundred bucks on a lot worse things than 3 acres of land? And things that you could never flip a week later for $2,000, get your head out of sand!!

======>This here is a not to untypical conversation people have with them selves and others when it comes to investing in Land. Everyone’ got to do foreclosures, or other fancy cool investments, but not dirt.

But when it comes to making small incremental profits on real estate, making $1700 a pop, several times a month can add up to some darn good money quickly.
I wouldn’t be so quick to piss this idea away.

My German friend, who now lives here in the states, does this every week, stinking guy buys up 30 properties a month like this, sells just as many.
