Ok, in this 4 part video series on doing deals out of your own market area, “Who Should I Work With” is the main topic of video #2… Should I get a partner or Set up a Buying office, or Go on a Buying Tour or through a Buying Club, or buy through Buy through some Bulk REO programs….

So are you totally clear on the WHO? Ok, well we’re not quite done yet, there are a couple of other critical pieces to the puzzle before you can be certain.
