Listen, like you, I work this business trying to find buyers, sellers and generally try to eeek out a good handsom profit. But I’ll be darned if finding good quality deals is that easy.

I know, some of you in certain states have an abbundce of good deals, while othes seem not to have as much.

But we dont’ have to be at ‘affect” when i comes to deal finding. In fact, I like instead, to take a pro active stance, get prospects coing to me.
