My Journey Begins in Exactly 10 Days

Hey, Have you ever wondered how some people seem to
barley work and still make a good living? Ever
thought how nice it’d be to be able to spend more
your days doing what you want to do and not what
everyone else demands of you?

I’d bet so, most of us have.

Last year as I was backpacking across the Grand
Canyon with my Dad, then up to the summit of the
Grand Tetons, then enjoying some good fall tree
color on the Appalachian trail in August, I
pondered these things.

I pondered how great it waste that I was in a
position to travel the country doing father / son
trips. Spending more time doing what I love and
less time in front of the computer. Less time
looking at property, less time dealing with the
woes of everyday work life.

There comes a point in just about anyone’s life
that one’s got to say, Wow, life is too short to
waste it away.

I’ve got to step out, be bold, take risk, take
action, get out of ones’ comfort zone and just do
it.

Maybe you’ve thought that, maybe you made that
one of your 2010 goals.

Maybe this little email will put a spur under
your heal and a fire under your tail to get going.

Maybe you’re doing fine financially, but you live
a boring life. So sad, I I truly hope you’re not
in that position.

As I write this email;

==> I just got back from hiking some frozen
waterfalls…Beautiful

==> Another investor friend of mine is currently
backpacking in Thailand

==>Yet another is packing his bags for 10 days in
Costa Rica

==>A local wholesaler just called me on the way
back from Panama (panama canal) looking at some
vacation real estate

==>Another just left for 3 weeks of skiing in
Colorado.

This is Life…This is what’s possible.
Actually, the key is not lots of mon.ey.
