Norm Reid’s Real Estate Investor “20 Deals-a-Month Blog” is a place where I disseminate information, tools, advice, upcoming Tele-Seminar interviews I’m doing and otherwise generally really cool information on how real estate investors can do more deals, make more money and spend less time IN the business and more time enjoying the reasons you got into this gig in the first place.

 What’s in a name?

20 deals a month, is a goal we like to set for ourselves and others who incorporate Wholesaling into their REI biz.  The objective? Simple…Get to a position where you’re doing 20 or more deals a month.

 Not a Wholesaler? No problem, we’re not exclusive to wholesalers. You’ll find tons of great info, posts, interviews, articles, etc. on rehabbing, land-lording, commercial, flipping, land and of course all the support topics like taxes, legal issues, software solutions and a ton of other stuff.
